Training

NextGen provides training on the use of the NextGen Pricing  Apps.  The training is designed to help users understand the NextGen Pricing features and functions and how to use them.

The user schedules the training at a convenient date and time.

The user is trained on the PC or Mac that they will be using to access the NextGen Buying & Pricing Portal.   The NextGen trainer initiates a call to the user to begin the training session.  The User then shares his or her screen  with NextGen. 

  •  If it is a by clicking HERE and relating the Teamviewer ID and password  that appear to the NextGen trainer over the phone.

Support

Users may select [HELP Women] or [HELP Children]  for a step-by-step explanation of any feature/function of interest.  If, for any reason, you would prefer a human voice, call or email NextGen how-to support 855 696-3984 Ext 720 anytime.

Portal Pricing Users and Liberty Pricing Users may also review and optionally download and print the Children’s or Women’s Pricing and Buying Guides available to users online.  These Guides include substantive information on pricing right and on what not to buy, what to buy and how.
