Buying Portal
The NextGen Buying Portal includes the NextGen Pricing tools, and manages the acquisition of items purchased and consigned and related consignor and seller information respectively. It operates in tandem with Square.
Features
- Manages the entry and tracking of Items acquired for resale by category, brand, description, size, cost and price (derived using the NextGen pricing tool(s).
- Manages the entry of Customer Contact information and the cost/amount owed/paid for items bought outright.
- Exports customer and item information to Square for the management of sales, consignor payments, store credit and related POS functions, and to DYMO for the printing of tags.

Pricing Tools
The “Women’s” Pricing includes clothing, footwear and accessories, may be configured to cover the full size range from juniors to plus, and may include styles for young men as well as young women. The “Children’s” Pricing covers accessories, footwear, toys and equipment for babies and children along with infant, child and maternity clothing. These Pricing Tools include hundreds of categories, tens of thousands of brands. Based on sales of multiple resale stores across North America and ongoing retail price-checks, the prices suggested are ever-changing, ever-current.
Stores wishing to do so can modify selected NextGen prices to fit their market(s). NextGen Pricing Tools operate in conjunction with the premiere Point of Sale (POS) systems available to Consignment and resale operations today. Buying & Pricing Guides are included , as are Training and Help screens fitting the POS System being used.
