NextGen Resale is a low-cost, owner-friendly alternative to franchising. Safer than striking out alone, clients have access to comprehensive and in-depth know-how not available to the solo store owner. NextGen provides support, know-how, point of sale systems and web services to owners of children’s resale businesses.

Most owners purchase NextGen’s Full Package of Services, Systems and Support; some, only selected services and supports meeting their particular needs. Some NextGen Clients are with us well before they open their doors, others well after.

Dear Fellow Resale Lover,

For 13 years, I owned a children’s resale store as part of a national franchise. During my ownership I was hired by the Franchisor to bring new stores into the franchise and review stores already in the system. Then the franchise changed ownership and lost its family friendly mission; I left in 2008. In the years following—with encouragement from former children’s resale business owners and friends—I began channeling my passion for children’s resale into NextGen Resale.

My aim, and that of my NextGen colleagues, is to offer the children’s resale know-how that can only be gained by doing, and we’ve been doing it for decades. We’ve succeeded in bringing resale into the tech-savvy age with our advanced systems, and at a much lower cost than franchising. We’re mindful of our obligation to support our clients all along the way, while according them the respect due to independent business owners.

We’re excited to have finally launched with a number of clients already proving our value. We have no doubt that NextGen will be playing a significant role in accelerating the growth of children’s resale in the coming years, here and around the globe. Above all, we’re thrilled to get back to working hand-in-hand with fellow children’s resalers, with whom we share a love of children and an appreciation of recycling, and with whom we’ll come to share our know-how, systems and support as we welcome them to our family of independent business owners.

The Ohio office is primarily responsible for the NextGen knowledge base and for clients in Canada and the midwestern states (OH, MI, MN, IN, IL, WI, ND, SD, NB, KS, OK, MO, AR, LA, MS,TX)

The Massachusetts office is primarily responsible for the  Point of Sale (POS) System and for clients in the Eastern states (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, NY, PA, WV, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, TN, FL, LA, AL, KY)

The  California office is primarily responsible for websites and services, and for clients in the Western States (MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, ID, OR, NV, CA, WA and AK) and Canada
